Attachment points on the base give you a solid clip point for leashing your rod and reel while paddling in rough conditions. This rod holder is supplied with a track mount base that is designed to attach to all popular brands of track. Constructed of injection molded glass filled nylon. The rod holder is interchangeable with either surface mount or track mount bases.
